Chuckanut Addition
We took the house down to the studs, then added 50% more square footage including a large deck and covered entry. Significant site prep was completed including adding concrete retaining walls, a brick patio and asphalt driveway. All new fixtures and finishes were added throughout.
Lettered Streets Custom
The original house and foundation was completely removed. We built an all new custom home with beautiful finishes, fixtures and attached garage.
Northshore Lakefront
We totally rebuilt the back deck, with new, reinforced cement and wood. The remodel includes a custom cooking and seating area. There are “hidden” compartments on each side of the hot tub so the covers are easily out of sight, and a privacy screen. A lighted storage area runs the full length of the deck.
