For this project, we completely removed all existing interior finishes, fixtures, and non load bearing walls to give the home a clean slate, as well as adding 50% more square footage. This approach allowed us to rebuild the space with custom finishes and thoughtful design details tailored to the client’s vision. Significant site prep was completed successfully with a complicated property layout. The result is a fully transformed home that combines modern comfort, beautiful finishes and long term value.
